Smoken Bones Menu Concept

A reimagined menu concept for a Southern BBQ house located in Victoria, BC Canada. I wanted to create a menu that not only portrayed the down-to-earth environment of the restaurant, but had practical application for the servers and staff. 

I created a menu backed by a narrow board that has a handle carved out at the top so hostesses and servers can easily handle them as they seat guests or move from table to table. The paper menus can be easily replaced as they are updated or damaged through the use of 2-hole legal file brads and a hole punch. 

The cast iron drink menus that sit on the table, provide a sturdy and damage resistant base that can easily updated by slipping in new sheets into the sleeves.
